This is a high-impact role combining fast-paced Speedshop sales with strategic key account management across established aerospace programmes.If you thrive on winning new work, influencing technical decisions, and operating at the interface between customers and manufacturing teams, this is a role where you can truly make your mark.The OpportunityReporting to the Director of Programmes, you will own and develop relationships with strategic customers, driving new opportunities while ensuring excellent execution of existing contracts.This role is split 50/50 between Sales and Key Account Management, offering both the excitement of new business and the satisfaction of long-term partnership building.You''ll be a trusted customer advocate internally - and a credible, influential representative externally.What You''ll Be DoingCustomer and Account LeadershipAct as the primary point of contact for key aerospace customersRepresent the business at customer sites and champion customer needs internallyUnderstand and grow market share within key accounts through targeted sales and marketing plansLead and participate in Business Reviews (BRs) and Programme Review Meetings (PRMs)Speedshop and New Business GrowthAct
