My Shifnal based client is looking for a motivated individual to join their growing team and help identify new business opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity to learn consultative B2B sales while contributing to the growth of an innovative business.

Learn Directly from the Founder

Working closely with the Founder and Commercial Lead, you''ll receive hands-on coaching in consultative selling and Challenger-style sales techniques. You''ll develop skills in active listening, questioning, stakeholder engagement, and opportunity qualification while building a strong foundation for long-term success in B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Research target organisations and identify key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Prospect new business opportunities through phone, email, LinkedIn, and cold outreach.
• Engage with operational teams and senior decision-makers, tailoring conversations to their priorities.
• Conduct consultative discovery conversations to understand customer challenges and business needs.
• Challenge existing thinking and introduce alternative approaches where appropriate.
• Qualify sales opportunities and arrange meetings for the Commercial Lead.
• Maintain accurate records and activity in HubSpot CRM.
• Contribute ideas to improve sales processes and business development activities.

About You

This is an entry-level role and previous sales experience is not essential. We are looking for individuals with the potential, attitude, and drive to succeed.
