I''m working with an established business looking for a Lead Maintenance Engineer to take responsibility for maintenance operations, supporting a skilled team of technicians and ensuring the site continues to operate safely and efficiently.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you''ll have the opportunity to influence maintenance strategy, improve equipment reliability and support ongoing site improvements.

The Role

• Lead and support the Maintenance Team.

• Plan preventative and corrective maintenance.

• Coordinate contractors and projects.

• Improve equipment reliability.
