Key Responsibilities Invoice Management: Processing high-volume purchase invoices and matching them accurately to project-specific purchase orders. CIS Support: Assisting with the administration of the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) and the preparation of payment statements for subcontractors. Supplier Relations: Reconciling supplier statements and acting as the first point of contact for payment-related queries. Finance Support: Supporting the Accountant with bank reconciliations, expense management, and maintaining accurate records within Business Central. The Ideal Candidate Education: AAT Level 2, 3, or 4 qualification, or equivalent experience. Industry Background: Previous experience working in a construction-related or trades environment is essential. Technical Skills: High level of accuracy and organisation.
