Description Coordinate and oversee daily operations within the engineering and manufacturing team. 4 on 4 off Days/Nights 12 rotations then 18 days off Assist in managing team members to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met. Monitor and optimise production processes to improve efficiency. Support the Team Leader in planning and implementing projects. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times. Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support to the team. Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports as required. Foster a collaborative and productive working environment.
