I''m currently working with a growing financial planning firm in Birmingham that is looking to appoint a Technical Paraplanning Team Leader. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Paraplanner with strong technical expertise who is looking to play a key role within the business. Whilst the position includes responsibility for leading a small team, the firm''s priority is finding someone with the technical capability to act as a subject matter expert and support both Paraplanners and Advisers across complex financial planning cases. You will oversee a team of two Paraplanners whilst also providing technical guidance to three Trainee Advisers. The role remains hands-on from a paraplanning perspective, making it ideal for someone who enjoys technical research, report writing and helping to solve complex client planning challenges.
