We’re hiring a commercially minded, detail-oriented Client Success Lead to ensure our clients are consistently satisfied, engaged, and receiving strong value from our team. You’ll work alongside the Land and Operations team, acting as the bridge between client needs and delivery performance. Your role is to coordinate and track delivery, ensure alignment with client expectations, and drive client success. This is a delivery-focused, client-facing role that blends project coordination, customer success, and commercial awareness. You won’t be responsible for site acquisition — but you will ensure it’s being done at the right volume, in the right areas, and in line with what the client expects.Key Responsibilities
Client Success
Serve as the primary non-technical point of contact for clientsMonitor the effectiveness and consistency of each client campaignEnsure feedback loops are in place and acted onLead or coordinate regular check-ins and reporting with clientsMaintain oversight of retention risk and satisfaction levelsEnsure appropriate client engagement and communication cadenceCampaign Coordination
Track campaign goals, timelines, and live progressWork with the Land Director and Senior Land Manager to course-correct campaigns when neededEnsure internal teams stay aligned with client expectations and contract scopeCommercial Support
Support pricing reviews, re-scoping discussions, and upsell opportunitiesContribute to campaign reporting and performance overviewsCollaborate with Sales to help transition new clients smoothly into deliveryWhat Success Looks Like

Must-Have
Experience in client-facing roles such as Customer Success, Project Coordination, or Delivery ManagementStrong organisation and attention to detailConfident managing multiple projects and timelines at onceCommercially aware — comfortable with contracts, renewals, and value conversationsGreat communicator, both written and verbalAble to build strong working relationships with internal teams and clients alikeUnderstanding of B2B service or subscription-based business modelsNice-to-Have
