The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you''ll be responsible for developing and managing client relationships while sourcing and placing high-quality candidates across temporary and permanent vacancies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing new business opportunities through proactive sales activity
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Managing existing accounts and identifying growth opportunities
• Advertising vacancies and sourcing candidates using various recruitment methods
• Interviewing, screening, and matching candidates to suitable roles
• Managing the entire recruitment process from vacancy brief through to placement
• Negotiating offers and providing market insights to clients
• Achieving individual and branch targets while delivering exceptional service

What We''re Looking For

• Previous recruitment experience is essential
• Proven success in business development and client account management
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A confident and professional approach to sales
• Target-driven with a desire to succeed
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a successful team
• Full UK driving licence preferred
