Harrington Starr have partnered with a global financial services business based in London (city) to help identify an Operational/ Business Resilience Manager. This new role has a huge amount of potential for the right candidate, and will form part of a small but specialist team. Role can be based in London or Newcastle.Responsibilities

Work with business stakeholders to confirm business continuity plans are fit for purpose and publishedPlay a key role in internal and external auditsSupport the organisation in maintaining ISO22301 and DORA frameworks/ certificationsRisk identification and tracking of remediationEnsure local resilience stakeholders are aware of obligations and supportedCoordinate and report on the Operational Resilience deliverables in conjunction with stakeholdersHorizon scanning for new continuity threats to the organisationSupport Due Diligence responses and client queries relating to the organisation’s resilienceWorking across all business units - technology, finance, risk etc to champion business and operational resilienceUser awareness trainingQualifications and Experience

5 years+ in a similar business/operational resilience role (open to candidates with less experience dependent on experience)Demonstrable business facing experienceKnowledge of ISO 22301 frameworksFinancial experience preferredEmployment details
