Job Title:Operational Resilience (OpRes) Lead - Capacity Management Framework Location:London or Sheffield (2-3x per week) Salary/Rate: 490 per day Start Date: October Job Type: 6-12 month initial contract - Inside IR35We are searching for an OpRes Lead who will be responsible for driving the implementation of the Capacity Management Framework at Business Service level, across Important Business Services (IBS) and Critical Operations (COs). The role requires strong leadership, the ability to engage senior stakeholders, and oversight to ensure capacity practices are embedded in operational resilience framework.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the adoption of Capacity Management practices within IBS and COs.Partner with Operational Resilience Entity Leads to align capacity requirements with resilience objectives.Provide oversight of framework implementation.
