Elite Associates are partnering with a rapidly growing, luxury toy & gifting brand who are seeking a Key Accounts Specialist to support the team asap on a temporary basis.-

• Keying orders onto our system accurately when receipted from distributors/account managers.
• Ensuring that we have data integrity on our system at all times.
• Checking stock & allocation across warehouses.
• Sending order confirmations & advising around stock availability.
• Able to work in the Jellycat way (tone and communication).
• Able to take ownership, work independently, whilst also being good at taking direction.
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Skills in Excel, Powerpoint, SAP & Microsoft D365.
• Good communication and presenting skills.
• A personable and positive mindset/approach.

This would sit in the logistics team so if you are-from an operational / customer service background, that could also suit the role. Having-worked with warehouses before-and knowledge of-D365 is a huge bonus.
