The Regional Facilities Manager in Bristol will cover sites in Bristol, Bath, Cardiff and Southampton, including a newly mobilised Southampton site. You’ll visit each site on a regular rotation and can work from home between visits.

The Role

As the Regional Facilities Manager, you''ll:

• Cover established sites in Bristol, Bath and Cardiff.
• Give particular attention to the newly mobilised Southampton site.
• Visit each site every three to four weeks, with additional visits as needed.

About You

To be successful as the Regional Facilities Manager, you''ll have:

• Ideally, experience in residential, build-to-rent or hotel environments.
• The ability to travel regularly between sites across the portfolio.
