We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Document Controller to manage, control, and maintain project documentation throughout the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will ensure that all documents are processed, distributed, and archived in accordance with company procedures and client requirements while supporting project teams to maintain compliance and document integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the receipt, distribution, tracking, and filing of project documentation.
• Maintain document control registers and databases ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure all documents are issued, reviewed, approved, and stored in compliance with project procedures.
• Process incoming and outgoing correspondence, drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Monitor document revisions and maintain version control across all project records.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely document submissions.
• Upload and manage documents within Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) such as Asite, Aconex, Viewpoint, SharePoint, or ProjectWise.
• Produce reports relating to document status, overdue submissions, and workflow progress.
• Support audits and quality management processes by ensuring documentation is readily accessible and accurately maintained.
• Archive project documentation upon completion in accordance with company and client requirements.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of all project information and records.
