Customer Service Co-Ordinator
Adecco are recruiting for a Customer Service Co-Ordinator to join their clients team based in Newbury. Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the main point of contact for customer enquiriesProcess customer orders accurately and within required timeframesDeliver a high standard of customer service, working with internal departments to meet customer expectationsIdentify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products where appropriateProvide administrative and customer support to the sales team and Key Account ManagerAssist with debit and credit note processingHandle customer requests, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely mannerAbout YouPrevious experience in a customer service role, ideally within a similar environmentExcellent telephone manner with the ability to adapt communication style to different customersEnjoys working as part of a small, collaborative teamCalm and composed when working under pressureHighly organised, flexible, and keen to learn about technical productsFriendly, helpful, and customer-focused approachCompetent using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, with experience using data or order management systems (Odoo)Strong organisational skills with a structured and methodical working stylePositive, proactive attitude with a genuine desire to help customers and resolve issuesApply now!Adecco is a disability-confident employer.
