Helping colleagues to adopt changes to key systems and processes within BHF, as well as ways of working and culture, you''ll stay ahead of the curve and will, ultimately, help BHF to achieve our transformation goals.You''ll work closely with key colleagues in this Enterprise Foundation Change Programme, as well as third-party partners to successfully maximise engagement, commitment, adoption and sustainability.
