HR and Payroll (Part Time) Cirencester £32,000 - £35,000 Pro Rata Our client, based in Cirencester, is seeking a reliable and proactive Part-Time HR and Payroll to join their team. This is a varied role combining payroll accuracy with hands-on HR support, ideal for someone organised, discreet, and confident working independently. HR and Payroll Roles and Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees on payroll and HR matters Prepare and process all payroll instructions, ensuring timely completion of weekly and monthly payroll runs Liaise with HMRC and pension providers to ensure accurate submissions and compliance Respond to payroll queries and produce reports as required Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure compliance with GDPR and payroll legislation Support all aspects of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee wellbeing, and general HR administration Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and assist with HR projects as needed HR and Payroll Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in both payroll and HR administration, including Sage Payroll Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and manage your own workload Professional, discreet, and comfortable handling sensitive information Approachable and confident, with the ability to provide guidance and challenge where appropriate Solid understanding of PAYE, National Insurance, and statutory deductions Experience in recruitment, tra
