Learning andamp; Engagement LeadLocation: London, UK (1-2 days per week onsite)Salary: £65,000Department: Human ResourcesOur client is looking for a Learning andamp; Engagement Lead to play a key role in shaping employee experience, culture, learning, and internal communications within a growing, purpose-driven organisation operating in the financial services ecosystem.This role sits at the heart of people development, engagement, and culture-working closely with leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure employees are informed, engaged, and equipped to succeed.What You Will Be DoingLearning andamp; DevelopmentOwn and manage end-to-end Landamp;D activity, including soft skills training, mentoring programmes, and annual mandatory trainingPartner with stakeholders across the business to identify learning needs and capability gapsCulture, Engagement andamp; ValuesAct as a culture ambassador and change champion, embedding values into everyday ways of workingSupport and participate in culture and values initiatives, including EDandamp;I, volunteering, engagement programmes and speaker eventsAdminister and support annual engagement and pulse surveysInternal CommunicationsOwn and manage internal communications across channels (including SharePoint and Microsoft Teams)Create clear, engaging, and consistent content aligned to organisational goalsManage content on Intranet and collaboration platforms, ensuring accuracy and relevanceEmployee Engagement andamp; EventsLead quarterly in-
