The Role - 1:1 SEN TA

As a 1:1 SEN TA, you will provide dedicated support to a Year 1 pupil with non-verbal needs, helping them stay focused, access learning and build their confidence. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver personalised strategies, and encourage the pupil''s academic, social and emotional development. The ideal candidate will be patient and proactive, with a genuine passion for supporting children with complex needs. Previous experience working with children with SEN is essential for this role.
