As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a pupil with additional learning needs. Support the pupil''s academic, social, and emotional development throughout the school day. Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement personalised learning strategies. Assist with the delivery of interventions and targeted support sessions. Encourage positive behaviours, engagement, and independence within the classroom. Build a positive and trusting relationship with the pupil to support their overall progress and wellbeing.What We''re Looking For: Previous experience working with children in a primary school setting. Experience supporting children with SEN, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, or other additional needs. A patient, compassionate, and resilient approach to supporting young learners.
