You ll play a key role in keeping production supplied, managing stock and building reliable supplier relationships.The RoleReporting to the Lead Planner and Supply Chain Manager, you will manage the purchasing of raw materials, packaging and site supplies, working closely with production, logistics, commercial and finance teams.Your responsibilities will include: Purchasing raw materials, including oils, chemicals and powders, alongside cardboard, steel and plastic packaging.Negotiating supplier pricing, lead times and supply terms to achieve value and maintain reliable supply.Using SAP to manage purchasing information, stock levels, pricing and supplier records.Monitoring stock requirements and supporting forecasting to meet production demand.Building relationships with existing suppliers and identifying alternative sources of supply.Coordinating supplier deliveries with site teams to keep arrivals ..... full job details .....
