Working on major, technically complex and highly regulated construction projects, you will play a key role in supporting the Commercial Director as the business develops and strengthens its commercial team. With projects incorporating significant MandE packages, this opportunity would particularly suit someone currently working for a Tier 1 Main Contractor or major MandE contractor who has strong commercial management experience alongside an excellent understanding of mechanical and electrical packages. The Role Working closely with a supportive and experienced Commercial Director, you will: Take commercial responsibility for major construction and MandE packages. Lead procurement, subcontractor management and commercial negotiations. Manage cost reporting, forecasting, valuations and commercial risk. Support and develop members of the commercial team. Work collaboratively with project, design, procurement and operational teams. Provide commercial input at senior management level.
