Are you an experienced IT leader looking to take ownership of technology strategy within a growing organisation? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful end user in Manchester as their new Head of IT.

Our client is looking for someone who can bring both technical expertise and leadership to drive their IT strategy forward. With Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central at the core of their ERP system you will play a key role in ensuring systems are robust, scalable and aligned to business goals.

The role

Lead and develop the internal IT function covering infrastructure applications and security

Oversee and optimise the use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ensuring it continues to meet the needs of the business

Shape and deliver IT strategy working closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation

Manage third party vendors and partners ensuring value for money and strong service delivery

Provide leadership to the IT team fostering a culture of innovation collaboration and accountability

What we are looking for

Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role ideally Head of IT or similar

Strong understanding of ERP systems with experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central highly desirable

Track record of delivering IT strategy and managing change in a growing organisation

Excellent people management skills with the ability to inspire and lead teams

Strong stakeholder management skills and a commercial mindset
