The Job Role:The Head Housekeeper will manage and be responsible for the Housekeeping department ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the boutique hotel, to include accommodation and public areasBe responsible for managing the departmental budget, profitability and efficiencies.The Head Housekeeper will be responsible for planning the departmental wage resource effectivelyThe Head Housekeeper will have overall accountability for the department, encompassing training, supervision and forecasting in line with the venues business needs.

The Requirements:The ideal Head Housekeeper will have a solid background within 5* hotels or similar quality venuesYou will be confident with implementing a high level of standards within your teamThe Head Housekeeper will have excellent diary and time management skills and be a natural leader with the ability to train and develop your team.
