This specialist provision supports pupils with complex SEMH needs who require a highly structured, nurturing, and consistent environment. These are permanent, full-time positions, and solid experience supporting pupils with SEMH or challenging behaviour is essential. About the Role: Behaviour Mentor - SEMH You will work as part of a dedicated team supporting pupils with significant social, emotional and behavioural needs. The role involves working both 1:1 and in small groups, helping pupils regulate their emotions, engage with learning and develop positive behaviour strategies.
