Salary: -27,000 - -32,000 per annum

The Role of an Assistant Hydraulic Modeller:

• Develop computer-based hydraulic models to investigate wastewater network issues.
• Analyse data to identify flooding risks and potential improvements.
• Support the development of engineering solutions and infrastructure plans.
• Assist with feasibility studies and technical investigations.
• Prepare technical reports and project documentation.
• Work alongside engineers, clients, and other industry professionals.
• Contribute to sustainable water and environmental improvement projects.

Requirements:

• A degree or relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Geography, GIS, Environmental Science or a related discipline.
• An interest in water, wastewater or drainage engineering.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of InfoWorks ICM, GIS or similar modelling software would be advantageous but is not essential, as training is provided.
• A motivated Assistant Hydraulic Modeller keen to learn and develop within the industry.
• The full right to work in the UK
• A full UK driving licence
• Live within a commutable distance to the Leeds office
