Our client, a leading conference producer, is recruiting ambitious Junior Account Executives to join its growing commercial team. This is an opportunity for someone with B2B sales experience who is hungry to develop their career, build strong client relationships and earn a high OTE. The basic salary is 30,000- 35,000, with realistic earning potential of 70,000- 100,000 per year. The Person: You''ll ideally have some previous B2B sales experience and a genuine desire to progress, earn and succeed in a commercially driven environment. We''re particularly interested in people from Events Sales and Media Sales backgrounds. These environments provide strong experience of selling to businesses, building relationships with decision makers and working towards commercial targets. Pharma and Medical Sales backgrounds are also relevant. You''ll already be used to having credible conversations with professional clients, understanding a proposition and developing relationships rather than simply working through a scripted sales process. We''re also open to candidates from other B2B sales backgrounds. The important thing is that you have the fundamentals of sales, communicate well and have the ambition and commercial drive to develop.
