Head Chef
to build a successful business and service a broad catchment area with innovative menus and fresh, seasonal food.The Horns is privately owned by a number of those in the community and a Free House, so you will have the freedom to really make your mark, the ability to achieve reasonable profits and build a reputation.This is a unique opportunity for a Head Chef or an ambitious Sous Chef looking to progress. You will be taking the helm in collaboration with the Front of House, to create a remarkable customer experience. A consistently high quality food and drink offering is essential to build a successful and sustainable business and you will be responsible for planning menus, managing costs and margins. Partnering with the General Manager, this will be complemented with outstanding service and, by optimising the menus, the stunning venue and facilities, you will ensure recurring revenues and exceptional guest satisfaction.We need you to be
