Your new company You will be working for a leading FM company working on one of their client sites in Exeter.Your new role As a maintenance electrician, your role will involve duties to include: Removing/installing lighting Removing/installing electrical sockets Ensure RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) are prepared and used for all tasks undertaken to always ensure safe working practises All reactive tasks throughout the building are completed, proactive in highlighting areas where improvements can be made Supervising and monitoring of sub-contractor works whilst they are on site undertaking maintenance/fixes, keeping them honest. Ensuring permits and RAMS are adhered to To develop a good working relationship with all members of the CBRE team, subcontractors, and client''s staff Ensure the provision of a safe and healthy working environment is met, including the wearing of uniform and appropriate PPE always. To ensure compliance with all CBRE and client policies and procedures Ensure a professional image of CBRE to the client, and visitors, and ensure excellence in customer service is delivered and always promoted Ensure all storages area are maintained and kept safe and tidy Undertake lone working where required Undertake other tasks directed by the account management teamWhat you''ll need to succeed You will hold a formal electrical qualification (NVQ / AM2) and your 18th edition.You will have good communication and be a team player who is able to multitask and
