Maintenance Electrician - Exeter - £24 p/h umbrella - 2 Year contract - SC clearable Your new company You will be working for a leading FM company working on one of their client sites in Exeter.Your new role As a maintenance electrician, your role will involve duties to include:• Removing/installing lighting• Removing/installing electrical sockets• Ensure RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) are prepared and used for all tasks undertaken to always ensure safe working practises• All reactive tasks throughout the building are completed, proactive in highlighting areas where improvements can be made• Supervising and monitoring of sub-contractor works whilst they are on site undertaking maintenance/fixes, keeping them honest. Ensuring permits and RAMS are adhered to• To develop a good working relationship with all members of the CBRE team, subcontractors, and client''s staff• Ensure the provision of a safe and healthy working environment is met, including the wearing of uniform and appropriate PPE always.
