Role: Pupil Premium Lead This is a full-time, 12-month position starting ASAP.There is no specific whole-class teaching commitment, but you will work closely with small groups of children to support academic progress. Your key responsibilities will include: Overseeing the attainment, wellbeing, attendance and working habits of Pupil Premium children.Monitoring and analysing data using Excel, updating regularly.Running pupil interviews, questionnaires and progress conversations.Welcoming families at the school gate and building positive relationships.Completing playground duties to observe children in social settings.Monitoring usage of school-issued tablet devices and online programmes.Liaising with families if home-learning agreements are not being met.Working closely with staff, children and parents to drive engagement and progress. Ideal candidates will be: Tech-savvy and confident using data systems/Excel.Strong communicators with excellent people skills.Able to build relationships quickly with staff, children and families.Proactive, organised and passionate about improving outcomes for disadvantaged learners.
