Programme Engagement Officer Hampshire 12-month contract Full time £18 - £20 per hour Are you an experienced Programme Engagement Officer looking for your next challenge? Our client is seeking an experienced Programme Engagement Officer to join them on an ongoing Contract. Key Responsibilities: To provide effective and efficient engagement, communication and administrative support to the Capital Delivery Engagement Team. The postholder will support the management of public, stakeholder and member communications, maintain accurate records and engagement systems, and assist with the planning and delivery of engagement activities for transport schemes. Manage routine enquiries on behalf of the team, responding directly where appropriate and ensuring more complex enquiries are referred to the relevant officer. The postholder will help ensure timely, clear and consistent communications with residents, stakeholders, elected members and internal colleagues, supporting high standards of customer service and effective scheme engagement. Maintain accurate engagement records, including the communications log, engagement activity forms, stakeholder master list and borough and district councillor records. Contribute to the accuracy of scheme web pages, including web content and traffic management information, and provide updates to the Programme Engagement Team Leader.
