In this role, you will take ownership of a portfolio of high-profile clients, driving growth through strategic account management, upselling and cross-selling control and monitoring solutions. You will act as primary POC for key customers, nurturing long-term relationships, identifying areas for expansion, and liaising with internal engineering teams to deliver premium customer service. This role is highly autonomous, operating remotely, with frequent fully compensated travel across the North of England in provided car.

The Role:

• Handling existing and new client accounts
• Liaise with internal teams and external clients
• Upselling and growing the business
• Frequent travel for client visits
• 37.5 hours a week, flexible work hours, remote working
