Credit Controller

White Horse Employment are proudly partnering with a high-growth services business based in Devizes, supporting their search for a Credit Controller. They are a locally well-known and highly regarded company, with an excellent reputation with both their employees and customers. This is a broad role, and will involve a wide variety of duties including: Managing customer accounts and ensuring prompt payment of invoices. Conducting credit checks on new customers and agreeing terms of credit. Resolving queries around payments and invoices in a timely manner. Chase overdue invoices via phone, email, and letter, ensuring timely debt payments and handling disputed bills through negotiation. Driving continuous process improvement across the credit control function. In order to be successful, you must have: A robust understanding of credit control processes. Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
