Ensuring the highest standards and Salisbury competencies are delivered and demonstratedDelivering Portfolio MandE PPM and minor worksKeeping Clients, Customers, and your Team informed with regular updatesContributing to a quality service with a goal of 100% customer satisfactionProviding technical support, advice, and guidanceEnsuring best value for money through accurate resource and material checksReporting performance to your Area ManagerSafely delivering all Salisbury works, including those of service partnersProducing time and material details for quoting minor worksCollaborating with Account Support, Supervisors, Managers, and Sub-ContractorsBuilding strong relationships with Clients, Customers, and colleaguesUpdating Maximo system via your issued tablet and ensuring accurate timesheetsTaking ownership of your sites and delivering exceptional serviceCovering out-of-hours call-out responsibilities when rosteredEssential Knowledge, Skills and Experience

NVQ Level 3 in relevant tradeQualified Air Conditioning EngineerCity and Guilds 2079 F-Gas Regulations (Cat1)Good understanding of modern office softwareExperience with asset/work management systems such as MAXIMO / CAFM on Android tablets3 years experience in a similar environment, ideally across multi-site and multi-discipline service delivery2 years experience in a customer-facing outsourcing environmentBackground in mobile engineering/property maintenanceSeniority level
