OverviewSalary and Benefits of an air conditioning engineer:

40-55k basic salary depending on experience - intermediate to senior engineer status and experience

Monthly engineers bonus based on personal performance (£300 to £500 per month every month)

Plenty of overtime if required and also including a call out rota

Van, phone, iPad, fuel card, uniform, specialist tools

22 days holidays + 8 bank holidays

Responsibilities

Providing service and maintenance on commercial (fixed and portable) air conditioning and some refrigeration equipment

Working on air conditioning 95% of the time – splits, multi splits, VRV and VRF equipment as well as some small chillers, the rest of the time on small refrigeration units

Covering the London and M25 area

Dealing with very well known clients as well as well established HVAC contractors

Qualifications and Skills

Ideally a 5 year+ proven track record within air conditioning service and maintenance on splits, VRV, VRF and small chillers

Living in or around the London or M25 area is preferred

Relevant industry qualifications such as F Gas certificate and a CandG in air conditioning
