Your new companyYou will be joining an established facilities management business providing planned and reactive maintenance services across a varied portfolio of commercial properties.Due to continued requirements across the portfolio, they are looking to recruit a Multi-Skilled Engineer - Electrical Bias to join their team.Your new roleAs a Multi-Skilled Engineer - Electrical Bias, you will deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, minor electrical works and general facilities'' maintenance across a range of client sites.Although your core trade will be electrical, this is a genuinely multi-skilled position, so you will also be expected to undertake general fabric building and maintenance tasks within your level of competency.Your responsibilities will include: Carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance and fault-finding Replacing sockets, switches and other electrical accessories Undertaking minor electrical installations and alterations Working on radial and ring final circuits where required Completing LED lighting upgrades and lighting repairs Emergency lighting testing, repairs and remedial works Completing minor works certification where applicable Carrying out appropriate testing and inspection within your level of qualification and competency Undertaking PAT duties where suitably trained and qualified Carrying out PPM tasks in line with SFG20 and relevant maintenance schedules Completing general building fabric and facilities ..... full job details .....
