Your new company You will be joining an established facilities management business providing planned and reactive maintenance services across a varied portfolio of commercial properties.Due to continued requirements across the portfolio, they are looking to recruit a Multi-Skilled Engineer - Electrical Bias to join their team.Your new role As a Multi-Skilled Engineer - Electrical Bias, you will deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, minor electrical works and general facilities'' maintenance across a range of client sites.Although your core trade will be electrical, this is a genuinely multi-skilled position, so you will also be expected to undertake general fabric building and maintenance tasks within your level of competency.Your responsibilities will include:Carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance and fault-findingReplacing sockets, switches and other electrical accessoriesUndertaking minor electrical installations and alterationsWorking on radial and ring final circuits where requiredCompleting LED lighting upgrades and lighting repairsEmergency lighting testing, repairs and remedial worksCompleting minor works certification where applicableCarrying out appropriate testing and inspection within your level of qualification and competencyUndertaking PAT duties where suitably trained and qualifiedCarrying out PPM tasks in line with SFG20 and relevant maintenance schedulesCompleting general building fabric and facilities ..... full job details .....
