Looking for Customer Service Advisor / Scheduler for a large Repairs Contractor based in SurreyExciting opportunity for training and progressionMust have some experience working with Contractors Temp to Perm contract The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Will consider no experience and training available Summary of role:Be in a position to make a real difference to the service we offer our customers. The customer service team has the most contact with our customers and no day is ever the same. You will handle a range of enquiries including:Diagnosing and requesting repairsRecord customer complaints and, whenever possible, resolving them at first point of contactThis role typically requires strong communication skills and experience in customer service or call handling.Allocate the right operatives, based on skills, availability and locality to the jobs that are nearing completion to ensure we meet appointment times and minimise travel and downtime.To carry out customer satisfaction surveys and support in compiling monthly client reportsQualifications and Experience:The ideal candidate will have/be: Strong communication skills Previous telephone experience Strong word-processing/administration skills, demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy at all times Excellent organisational/time management skills Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlinesFull time office based with scope for progression
