You will take ownership of the service sales strategy, leading the growth of the company''s passenger lift maintenance portfolio and developing a strong pipeline of new service contract opportunities. The role carries a clear objective to generate more than 1 million in additional annual revenue. This is an excellent opportunity for an established lift industry sales professional to shape a growing service sales function. You will build relationships with property managers, facilities management companies, consultants and other key decision-makers while working closely with operational teams to ensure new contracts are commercially viable and successfully mobilised. The position is based in London with hybrid working available.
