Due to continued requirements across the portfolio, they are looking to recruit a Multi-Skilled Engineer - Plumbing Bias to join their team.Your new roleAs a Multi-Skilled Engineer - Plumbing Bias, you will deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs and minor works across a range of client sites.This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on plumbing, drainage and water systems, alongside general building fabric and facilities maintenance.Your responsibilities will include:Diagnosing and repairing leaks, pipework and plumbing faultsClearing blocked sinks and drainage issuesRepairing sanitary systems, including urinals and associated fittingsMaintaining water heaters, thermostatic radiator valves, pressure-relief valves and anti-scald devicesCarrying out minor plumbing installations and improvement worksCompleting general fabric maintenance, including door locks, handles, closers, cupboards, flooring and ceiling tilesCarrying out PPM tasks in line with SFG20 and relevant maintenance schedulesCompleting water hygiene and Legionella-related tasks within your level of competencyManaging jobs through a CAFM/helpdesk system and maintaining accurate recordsIndependently assessing faults and determining the most appropriate solutionTaking ownership of jobs through to completion, ..... full job details .....
