Your new companyYou will be joining an established facilities management business providing planned and reactive maintenance services across a varied portfolio of commercial properties. Due to continued requirements across the portfolio, they are looking to recruit a Multi-Skilled Engineer - Plumbing Bias to join their team.Your new roleAs a Multi-Skilled Engineer - Plumbing Bias, you will deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs and minor works across a range of client sites.This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on plumbing, drainage and water systems, alongside general building fabric and facilities maintenance.Your responsibilities will include: Diagnosing and repairing leaks, pipework and plumbing faults Clearing blocked sinks and drainage issues Repairing sanitary systems, including urinals and associated fittings Maintaining water heaters, thermostatic radiator valves, pressure-relief valves and anti-scald devices Carrying out minor plumbing installations and improvement works Completing general fabric maintenance, including door locks, handles, closers, cupboards, flooring and ceiling tiles Carrying out PPM tasks in line with SFG20 and relevant maintenance schedules Completing water hygiene and Legionella-related tasks within your level of competency Managing jobs through a CAFM/helpdesk system and maintaining accurate records Independently assessing faults and determining the most appropriate solution Taking ownership of jobs through to ..... full job details .....
