My client is a growing commercial roofing company in the process of transforming its business model to support diversified revenue streams. To support this transition, the company is introducing the role of Operational Manager to assume day-to-day responsibility for managing operations, improving delivery efficiency, and embedding scalable processes across the business. Role Purpose The Operational Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the company''s delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to quality standards, while maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and clients. The role includes implementing structured project management practices, supporting workforce coordination (currently reliant on subcontractors), and introducing reporting systems to track progress status of project to support financial visibility and decision-making. Key Responsibilities Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations, subcontractor scheduling, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Process Improvement: Introduce workflows and performance tracking to support efficiency and financial visibility. Systems andamp; Technology: Support the reintroduction and operational use of the CRM system (Insightly), ensuring accurate tracking of project status, client data, and subcontractor availability. Work closely with the business transformation consultant to implement project management and scheduling using the Insight
