Compliance and Estimator Manager

to join our team at various sites.

What are we looking for?The successful candidate will work closely with our clients, serving as a key member of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the preparation of cost estimates for materials, labor, and subcontractor services, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Order appropriate equipment to optimize installation and provide the best options for clients.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to understand project scope and requirements.

Identify and assess potential risks associated with estimates and implement best practices.

Prepare detailed estimate reports for internal and client review, building strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.

Candidate Requirements:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).

Passion and enthusiasm for the company’s work.

Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and multitask effectively.

Self-motivated, ambitious, and a team player.

Understanding or experience with electrical control systems.

Experience with software-based control systems, with a willingness to learn system software development.

Ability to physically check, maintain, diagnose, and undertake remedial work on mechanical and electrical systems.

Knowledge of electrical circuits within control panels.

Problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.

Knowledge of current regulations and standards.

Willingness to travel as needed.

Customer service-oriented attitude, with the confidence to say ‘No’ when necessary.

Interest in buildings and working with people.

Methodical, practical approach, and attention to detail.

Benefits:

Salary up to £38,000 DOE.
