Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a confident and proactive Training Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team.This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys speaking with people, coordinating schedules and ensuring training programmes run smoothly from start to finish.The RoleAs Training Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting customers and training providers, coordinating course bookings and maintaining accurate records. You will play a key part in ensuring a high standard of service is delivered at all times.Key duties include:Responding to telephone and email enquiries in a professional and timely mannerCoordinating and maintaining the training calendarMatching enquiries to suitable courses and promoting upcoming availabilitySupporting course confirmations and general administrationLiaising with external training providers and internal teamsPreparing training materials and ensuring rooms are set up when requiredProcessing documentation relating to training accreditations and certificationMaintaining stock records and assisting with invoice processingAbout YouThe successful candidate will be:Confident and professional on the phoneProactive and forwar
