We re recruiting for a small, close-knit team on the outskirts of Manchester City Centre. This is an office where everyone plays their part and where your contribution will truly matter. They are looking for a proactive, organised and personable Office Administrator to join them on a 12-month contract to cover for maternity leave. This is a varied, hands-on position where you ll support the smooth running of the office and work closely with colleagues across admin, sales and finance. Your day to day responsibilities could include a range of tasks including: Sales order processing Generating/transposing invoices Coordinating deliveries and shipments Monitoring office supplies Managing correspondence (email, phone, post) Keeping the office environment organised and welcoming Preparing meeting rooms and shared spaces The Manchester office is a small (8-person) subsidiary of a global scientific organisation and working within a team of 2 you ll be supporting back-office functions.
