Principal Planner

to join their thriving Stratford-upon-Avon team.The Role

As a

Principal Planner , you will:Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of projects from inception to completion.

Prepare and submit complex planning applications, appeals, and supporting documents.

Provide strategic planning advice to a range of clients, including developers, landowners, and local authorities.

Manage and mentor junior team members.

Engage with stakeholders, attend public consultations, and represent clients at planning committees and inquiries.

About You

We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded planning professional who has:RTPI membership.

Proven experience in managing major and complex planning projects.

Strong understanding of UK planning policy and legislation.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

A track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
