Corporate Partnerships Officer
to join on a permanent full time basis.As a Corporate Partnerships Officer you will look after some of our key relationships with Corporate Members delivering core income to the overall team target. The successful applicant will be part of a dynamic and driven team to research, identify, build and secure new corporate partnerships for a variety of Southbank Centre’s projects and creative output.Main responsibilities include:Account manage and deliver Southbank’s Corporate Memberships programme. From onboarding new members, to the delivery of contracted benefits and renewing their partnerships, you will be the first point of contact for all membersSupport the Corporate Partnerships Manager in managing and cultivating high value prospective corporate members and partners to deliver against the objectives, deepen the relationship and assist in collating/writing reports and increase long-term financial supportSupport the planning and management of events to steward corporate supporters and cultivate prospectsActively contribute and work with the team on lead generation activities, undertaking prospect research, producing due diligence reports and contributing to create engaging decks which respond to prospective partners’ prioritiesKey skills that will help you in this role include:Demonstrable experience in a customer service/account management environmentCan demonstrate ability to form good relationships with a wide range of colleagues and external contactsEnjoys pitching on the phone, video calls and in-personCan give examples multitasking and working across various projects to tight deadlinesPlease download the Job Description from our Career Page for a full overview of the roles responsibilities.We welcome applications from people from a Black, Asian or Ethnically Diverse background or those who are D/deaf or disabled.
