OverviewYou will work independently, but with guidance from our Information Governance Manager, to manage our helpdesk, triaging incoming enquiries and responding or escalating as required. There will also be the opportunity for you to be involved with reviewing, improving, updating and implementing training materials, guidance, systems and processes.

Responsibilities

Manage the helpdesk and triage incoming enquiries, responding or escalating as required.

Review, improve, update and implement training materials, guidance, systems and processes as part of information governance.

Qualifications

A good understanding of the requirements of UK GDPR.

Experience of dealing with Subject Access Requests and Freedom of Information requests, or experience in a similar compliance environment.

Experience of managing a helpdesk, database or other recording system, including producing regular reporting.

Highly process driven.
