This full-time position covers the full lifecycle of access control, CCTV and networked security installations across multinational client environments. Ability to coordinate multi-site delivery and manage subcontractors. Financially aware, organised and confident driving project timelines. Comfortable with regular EMEA travel-primarily Germany. Proactive, quality-driven and able to manage complex technical programmes. Key Responsibilities Plan, schedule, and manage engineering, installation and subcontract activities. Coordinate procurement, logistics and project documentation. Oversee project delivery from design through commissioning and final handover. Monitor costs, forecasts, labour and materials to ensure project profitability. Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional client experience. Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with project and quality standards. Support commissioning, system testing, troubleshooting and client training. Complete all project close-out requirements,
