The Client and Project Info: My client is a leading MandE Contractor who are currently recruiting a Mechanical Project Manager to oversee a mixed-use programme in Oxford, covering both residential and commercial sites. Mechanical Project Manager Responsibilities: Reporting to and working closely with the Senior Project Manager and Operations Team. Managing the mechanical delivery across mixed residential and commercial schemes. Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partners. Overseeing mechanical installation, commissioning, and quality assurance. Managing project timelines, budgets, and cost control measures. Liaising with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress. Chairing progress meetings and producing regular project reports. Ensuring all works are carried out in line with health and safety and company standards. Mechanical Project Manager Requirements: Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within MandE contracting. Experience working on mixed-use, residential, or commercial projects. Strong technical understanding of mechanical building services. Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple workstreams across varying site environments. Relevant mechanical qualifications or trade background preferred. T
